I was given a dozen slow pitch softballs from a co-worker of mine for my team. I coach 5th and 6th grade girls fast pitch softball. These balls were going to be practice balls only but what is the difference in a fast pitch softball and a slow pitch softball? I want to make sure that using these balls for practice won’t cause any problems!
