and won’t be coming for a week or so. I need something to do. How do you play basketball without a net?

I am coaching some 4-5 year olds and some 6-8 year olds in baketball classes. Mostly the 4-5 year olds are very small and very young. They are not developed enough to do to much. So I was wondering if anyone knew some fun games to play (hopefully basketball related) that I could play with them.

We had a softball tournament over the weekend, and, silly, I forgot sunscreen! I’m sunburned all over, but my shoulders are the worst. I get tears in my eyes when I lift my arm up, it hurts terribly. I’m a softball pitcher, so I must be able to do the softball windup, by performing a circle with my arm. It hurts to even attempt to do this, how can I soothe my sunburn?
